Blue Dragon T'ai Chi

What is T'ai Chi?

T'ai Chi is a Chinese system of movement and breathing designed for health and self-defense. Classes at Blue Dragon T'ai Chi focus primarily on relaxation and stress relief.

Each session includes:

• light physical warm-ups
• meditation
• chi kung (qigong — breath and energy work)
• T'ai Chi solo form practice
